Asia’s most published, recognised and sought after underwater photographer, Aaron’s accolades and awards include winner of the BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year, Our World Underwater and Through the Lens.  

An established commercial photographer before taking his creative curiosity underwater in 2002, Aaron has shot for countless fashion magazines, celebrities and advertising campaigns. It is this polished and detailed eye that he brings into the underwater world, resulting in a sublime body of work that showcases the beauty and subtle mystery of the world beneath the waves.

Aaron has authored two exquisite coffee table books.  Water Colours was the result of a specific project merging two of his greatest passions – bringing fashion photography underwater and ultimately showcased some of the most stunning underwater images the world has ever seen.  

The Blue Within features the best of his award-winning underwater images from a decade of underwater exploration. 

Not only is Aaron Field Editor for Scuba Diver Australasia, he is pioneer and ambassador of the anti shark finning campaign I’m FINished WITH FINS for sharksavers.org in Singapore and Hong Kong. 

Singapore’s favourite 2018 MasterChef alumni, Aaron recently opened his own hawker stall, Jiak Song Mee Hoon Kway, selling his own signature hand-made noodle dishes. Foodies – you’ll find it at Telok Blangah Crescent Block 11 Market and Food Centre. #01-108.
