Tickets: are not refundable but can be transferred to another person. Timing of the evening is subject to slight change without notice.

Speakers: All speakers have confirmed their attendance. In the case of a speaker not being able to present due to illness or other unforeseen reason, we will do our utmost to find the best possible replacements.

Newsletter: Underwater Tour sends email newsletters to people who subscribe either by including their email address in the “Underwater Tour updates” section or by registering for Underwater Tour tickets or the Underwater Tour Awards. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our Partners:  By entering the Underwater Tour Awards or participating in any Underwater Tour live event you are agreeing to be contacted by our esteemed touring partners. Every partner has agreed to honour any unsubscribe requests should you no longer wish to receive their updates.

Competition:

• This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
• Each entry will be individually judged.
• Winners will be the drawn from all entries who answered ALL questions correctly AND offer the most creative answers to our supplemental question.
• Employees and team members of the promoters (“Underwater Tour”), its agencies or their immediate families will not be eligible to enter the competition.
• The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• All entries become and remain the property of the promoter.
• If the winning entrant does not respond by email within 48 hours, the prize will be deemed void and the judges will award it to another entrant.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

The Prizes:

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash – Terms & Conditions apply to each prize (validity dates are provided by our partners)
• Shall not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Prizes are strictly subject to availability and on the discretion of the Underwater Tour and may be substituted for a prize of equal value.
